Who should attend?
Attendance in this Conference is particularly recommended to clinical fertility specialists and gynecologists, reproductive and medical endocrinologists, reproductive biologists, embryologists, stem cell scientists and reproductive geneticists. Postdocs, residents and other professional junior staff members of research laboratories, academic departments and IVF programs will be offered discounted registration fees with presentation of a letter from their program director. Discounted early bird registration is available until June 15, 2017.

Abstract Submission & Publication
We are looking for submissions of innovative abstracts from basic scientists and clinical reproductive endocrinologists with potential to challenge our thinking and push the field forward. Accepted abstracts will be published by the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics (JARG), the official basic science journal of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and, therefore, will be referenced. Should authors choose to submit full-length manuscripts of accepted abstracts for publication to the JARG, they will undergo expedited peer review. Abstract submission deadline is August 1, 2017. Please submit abstracts following the style guidelines.

Young Investigator Award
A “Young Investigator Award,” selected by a jury of senior faculty from accepted abstracts, and awarded at the Opening Ceremony, will include a cash grant of 5,000.00 USD, sponsored by The Foundation for Reproductive Medicine. We encourage previously unpublished basic science as well as clinical research submissions. Eligible for the award will be authors under age 40. Abstracts eligible for publication and for this award have to be submitted by August 1, 2017.

Program Objectives

  • Recognize state-of the-arts developments in reproductive biology and their translational potential for clinical practice in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
  • Identify paradigm changes in clinical reproductive medicine, driven by new discoveries in reproductive biology.
  • Evaluate current popular infertility treatments in selected patient populations.
  • Apply individualized infertility medicine based on age and functional ovarian reserve of female patients.

CME Accreditation Disclosure
This program is in full compliance with the Food and Drug Administration’s position on commercial support of scientific and educational programs as promotional, “unless it can be affirmed that the program is truly independent and free of commercial influence, objective, balanced and scientifically rigorous and discloses all potential commercial conflicts of CME staff and faculty.” In addition, in accordance with accreditation requirements of the Council for Continuing Medical Education, speakers at the conference will identify potential conflicts of interest prior to their presentations.

Hotel Reservations
The Conference has at greatly discounted prices reserved a limited number of rooms at the venue of the Conference, the exclusive Grand Hyatt Hotel, centrally located on 42nd Street right next to Grand Central Station.

Because the Conference is scheduled during the pre-Holiday Season, when New York City hotels are usually fully booked at peak prices, we strongly recommend early reservations. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel, indicating your participation in the Conference, even if you arrive a few days early and/or stay a few days beyond the conference. Reservations will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the assigned contingent of rooms has been booked, additional rooms may only be available at regular rates or not at all.

Social Activities
Registrants and Faculty and their spouses and/or guests are invited to the Welcome Reception on Friday, November 17, 2017 between 6 PM and 7 PM at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Drinks and light refreshments will be served in the exhibition area.

The Grand Hyatt Hotel offers complimentary Concierge Services to registrants in advance of arrival to obtain restaurant reservations and Broadway tickets during the Conference. Because both are difficult during the pre-Holiday Season to obtain, we recommend that you contact Concierge Services in timely fashion at: Concierge Grand Hyatt New York, Telephone Concierge Desk: 646.213.6655; hyattconcierge@continentalguestservices.com; Hotel address: 109 East 42nd Street, New York 10017, Park Avenue at Grand Central Terminal; Telephone Hotel-direct: 212.883.1234.
