Why You Should Attend This Conference

This Conference has the principal goal of offering an authoritative 2017 update for reproductive scientists and clinicians about important new translational developments in reproductive biology/physiology and clinically relevant patient-care issues, while at the same time pointing out paradigm changes and imminent new potential developments of significance. By targeting clinicians as well as basic scientists as audience, this Conference will offer both groups a unique and intimate framework for interactions and exchanges of ideas.

This Conference, however, also strives for, and very quickly established an international reputation for integrity of presented opinions, independent of industry interests and “political correctness,” probably best demonstrated by its slogan, – THINK DIFFERENTLY! This slogan, truly, represents the essence of this annual Conference, and virtually guarantees attendees information they, likely will not be exposed to elsewhere, including at large annual meeting like those of ESHRE and ASRM.

Because of large demand in 2016, the Thursday afternoon before formal start of the Conference will this year feature 6 workshops (up from 4 in 2016) for practicing clinical fertility specialists, for basic scientists in human reproductive embryology/biology and for clinical embryologists, which will explore topics in more depth than the general program allows. Because space in these workshops is limited, we recommend early registration.

The Conference will offer an invited faculty of unique breadth, expertise and knowledge. After their lectures, speakers will be available to audience members for additional one-on-one discussions in a designated area outside the lecture hall.

The Conference also again anticipates a significant scientific contribution from younger colleagues, and encourages submission of abstracts, which will be presented as posters: Lead authors of accepted abstracts (if under age 40) will automatically be eligible for discounted registration and a “Young Investigator Award.” Accepted abstracts will be published and citable (see below).

Reproductive medicine often involves ethically and/or clinically complex issues By offering a spectrum of opinions, this Conference is encouraging audience participants to reach their own conclusions about which practice patterns best fit their patients’ needs. Like in other areas of medicine, individualization of patient care is also in reproductive medicine becoming increasingly important This is one reason why the Conference’s principal slogan since its inception has been, PARADIGM CHANGES YOU MAY NOT HEAR ABOUT ELSEWHERE.
