Exhibition Information

The FRM Conference 2017 is an excellent opportunity for exhibitors looking to expand their international reach. Over 250 attendees from nearly 50 countries, mostly reproductive endocrinologists in clinical practice and basic scientists in developmental/reproductive biology, many at executive levels at their organizations, participated in the inaugural Conference in 2016. We expect attendance to grow this year. Based on feedback from our 2016 sponsors and exhibitors, we have expanded coffee break hours in order to increase time for interaction between attendees and exhibitors.

The exhibition will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, the venue of the Conference. The exhibition floor plan is designed to maximize participant exposure to industry exhibitors. Exhibition space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to Diamond and Platinum supporters.

  • Exhibition space will be available at $500 per square meter.
  • The minimum booth size is 2×3 square meter.

Rental of an exhibition space includes:

  • Net standing area according to size of booth acquired
  • Company profile in supporters’ booklet
  • General cleaning of public areas
  • 2 exhibitor badges
  • Additional exhibition badges are available at $ 200 per badge

Exhibition Hours

  • Friday, November 17: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including during the Welcome Reception from 6 PM to 7 PM)
  • Saturday, November 18: 10:00 AM – 4:45 PM
